Attended the Groom Your Own Dog Day with my nervous dog George. I have not done any form of grooming before except brush my dog. I was very nervous and also worried how George would be. I learnt so much in the space of 4 hours and left feeling confident to be able to now do a good cut on George on my own. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone thinking of grooming their own dog. The course is well worth the money. Thank you so much to Clare who put me at ease as she was really friendly and lovely. You can also tell she is a dog person and was really great and calm with George. I’ve recently completed the 15-day Intro to Dog Grooming and Styling Course, along with Canine First Aid Level 3, at Four Paws Groom School, and it’s honestly one of the best things I’ve ever done! From start to finish, the whole team were so accommodating, supportive, and encouraging, which made such a difference. A huge thank you to Claire, Rebecca, and Alisha. They were brilliant throughout—always patient, approachable, and full of knowledge. They explained everything so clearly, gave great feedback, and were always there with encouragement when we needed it most. Their passion for grooming and for teaching really shines through.

I recently completed the Level 3 Dog Walking and Pet Sitting iPET qualification and have been hugely impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and experience of the staff at Four Paws Groom School. I cannot recommend the iPET Network Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and Salon Management highly enough! The course is incredibly well-structured, hands-on, and thorough. It gave me the confidence, knowledge, and skills to not only groom a wide variety of breeds to a professional standard, but also to understand the business side of running a salon.

I’ve just completed the Level 3 Diploma in Dog grooming and I cannot recommend the course enough. From day 1 the tutors, Clare and Rebecca were warm and welcoming, putting me feel at ease. The atmosphere is lovely, encouraging and hands on, allowing you to gain confidence but no pressure to go at anyone else’s pace but your own. I learnt so much from them. The other students were lovely, the dogs were great, it really was the best training I’ve ever done. The worst part of the course is the end!! You really don’t want it to finish! Definitely recommend this course 100%

I decided last year to go for the Level 3 Diploma Fast Track with Four Paws. Cannot recommend them highly enough. In May this year I had to go to Northwhich to complete first aid course which was superb. Everyone so helpful and Four Paws had self catering accommodation. This year completed the Certificate in Canine Oral Health. Fantastic course for anyone who is serious about oral health. Very informative with good explanations of canine dental disease and what to look for, also when not to clean teeth and seek veterinary help. Four Paws are excellent

Where do I start! This grooming school is by far the best experience I’ve had! It’s scary starting up a new career after serving in the military for 23 years. The whole team from start to finish gave me the encouragement and the confidence that I needed. Rebecca and Claire offered the best advice and gave me the confidence to grow, even when I thought I didn’t have any! I walked away after the 30 days knowing exactly what I needed to do and how to groom with confidence. Not all hero wear capes and these girls have the patient of saints. They passed on their knowledge and skills and I felt sad leaving but I know that if I have any questions or find myself in a spot that I can reach back to the school and get the right advice. I recently completed several courses at Four Paws, including dog walking and pet sitting, canine first aid, dog boarding, and dog grooming. My experience was outstanding from start to finish. Training alongside all the tutors at Four Paws has been amazing. The atmosphere is relaxed and feels homely. Diploma Fast Track Course - I was very happy with the course, it has great content and is much more thorough than the diploma I did 8 years ago. The tutors were all knowledgeable, helpful and always supportive. I think it’s helpful to be able to do assessments virtually too so that’s worked particularly well for me as I’m not local to Northwich. I’ve been able to finish it in really good time so the course length is more than adequate too. Thank you for an enjoyable qualification!

I did the groom you own dog day, it was well worth the money! No need to be nervous about doing this the staff where so so welcoming and friendly. Natalie did my one to one session, it was done in a separate pod just me, Alfie (my cavapoo) her, she was friendly, down to earth, knowledge and supportive, I could not have asked for a better teacher! She have me the confidence to groom my dog, cut his nails etc and he looked great i was so proud of myself, he looked great! If you are thinking about it just do it, its well worth it.

The 25 day Diploma in Dog Grooming is a great course. It is hands on from day one and the tutors are very knowledgable in their field. I highly recommend this as a place to train. You will leave feeling confident in your ability to groom a great variety of breeds in many styles using a variety of suitable methods and techniques. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

I am now a level 3 qualified Groomer, yay 😊. After 20 years of being a nurse a I gave it up following breast cancer. I have finally found and achieved my dream job and that is all thanks to Sarah and her team at Four Paws. I cant thank everyone enough for all their help and support in achieving my new career. They are all super friendly, super knowledgeable and super fun. I have had an amazing time during my time learning and developing my new skills and I have made some good friends too. Despite being excited about my new career journey I was very sad to be leaving the course. I highly reccomend this course to anyone considering a career in dog grooming. I have really enjoyed the course and feel like I have learnt a lot. I like that you are left to try what you can without the tutors hovering too much, but they are always around when you ask for help.

The course has been great! I have enjoyed every second of it, it is very informative and helped me learn new skills and develop those I already had.

From start to finish the training is excellent.
