Evaluation / Selection criteria

Looking for mains contractor for the refurbishment and alterations to the Ground floor & basement of 17- 19 Cheshire Street, Market Drayton. Work will consist of the following to form new dog grooming school. Approximate floor area 165msq.

·        Demolition of existing walls and installation of structural steel work.

·        New studwork walls to form new internal layout, existing walls stripping back to brick and finished with plasterboard and skim.

·        Alterations to form new reception area, including works to alter existing floor levels.

·        Installation of new fire compartmentation ceiling.

·        Supply and fit new internal doors/ironmongry and woodwork.

·        Plumbing/Heating and electrical work including new fire alarm system.

·        Windows and door replacement.

·        Decoration and floor finishes.

·        The supply and install of new staff kitchen area

·        External works to form new secure outdoor space.

Evaluation criteria to be used

a) Price – 80%

b) Experience and skills – 10%

c)  Delivery proposals – 10%

Other criteria such as insurance, financial standing and health and safety will be a mandatory requirement and will be assessed on a pass/fail basis where the supplier’s tender/quotes will be rejected if they do not meet the minimum requirements.
