About this course
Being an educator is a highly rewarding role, even more so in the world of animal care where the things you teach people directly impacts the welfare animals. It is therefore essential that educators in the sector have the knowledge and understanding to effectively inspire others and create a successful learning environment. This qualification is designed for anyone who would like to start teaching or for those who are already teaching but would like to achieve a nationally recognised qualification for their career development, improving their training delivery and creating positive engagement in learning. This course is delivered remotely over 3 days, during each day a unit of the qualification will be covered and on the 3rd day the presentation of a microteach. Learners must attend all three remote days in order to achieve the qualification however there are alternative dates available throughout the year should you miss one of the days.

Course Breakdown
To achieve this qualification learners will need to complete:
- Complete theory assessments via our e-portfolio system
- Deliver a 15-minute micro teach lesson.
